Three neat document stacks on a warm white desk representing pricing tiers

Three fixed-scope packages built around the most common starting points — no hidden fees, no open-ended retainers unless you want one.

Why we use fixed-scope pricing.

Open-ended consulting engagements make budgeting impossible and create misaligned incentives. Co of Brooklyn charges fixed fees for defined deliverables — you know exactly what you're getting and exactly what it costs before any work begins. Each package below maps to a real stage in the content operations maturity curve. If your situation doesn't fit neatly into one of these tiers, the contact page lets you describe your context and we'll build a custom scope and quote within five working days.

All packages are fixed-scope engagements with a defined end date and full ownership of deliverables.

Pricing questions we hear most often

Are these prices inclusive of VAT?

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Irish VAT at the standard rate of 23% applies to clients based in Ireland. EU clients outside Ireland may be subject to reverse charge. Clients outside the EU are not charged VAT. Your invoice will always show the applicable VAT treatment clearly.

Can the scope of a package be adjusted?

The listed packages are designed to be used as-is because their components are interdependent — removing, say, the pipeline design from the Operate package would undermine the onboarding that follows. If you need a genuinely different scope, contact us for a custom quote. Custom quotes are priced on a deliverables basis, not on a day-rate basis.

Do you offer payment in instalments?

Yes. For the Operate and Scale packages, we offer a 50/50 split: 50% on project kick-off and 50% on final handover. The Foundation package is invoiced in full at kick-off given its shorter duration. All invoices are payable by bank transfer in euros.

Is there an ongoing retainer option after the engagement?

Optional retainer support is available from €650 per month and covers up to four hours of async support — useful for teams who want a Co of Brooklyn contact available during their first six months of independent operation. Retainers are month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel.

We chose the Operate package because the fixed price meant our CFO could sign off without a lengthy approval process. There were no surprise invoices, the timeline held, and we had a functioning content system six weeks after the kick-off call. Worth every cent.
