Every engagement is structured around four core disciplines — strategy, pipeline, onboarding, and analytics — combined into a bespoke project for your team.

What we actually build and deliver.

A Co of Brooklyn content factory engagement produces concrete, documented artifacts — not slide decks that gather dust. At the strategy phase, you receive a fully annotated editorial matrix covering 90 days, mapped to your buyer journey stages. In the pipeline phase, we deliver a configured project management workspace (Notion, Asana, or ClickUp) with templates, automations, and a brief-to-publish SLA document. During onboarding, your team receives printed and digital role playbooks, two live workshop sessions, and a 30-minute onboarding video library. At close, you hold everything outright — there are no ongoing licence fees tied to our proprietary tools because we build inside yours.

Service breakdown by discipline

Each discipline is available as a standalone module or as part of a full-factory engagement.

Editorial Strategy

A six-week sprint that produces: a documented content mission statement, three to five defined content pillars, a 90-day editorial calendar with topic clusters, a channel-priority matrix, and a style guide covering tone, format, and SEO fundamentals. Delivered as a living Notion database your editors update independently.

Content Pipeline Design

A four-week engagement mapping your full production workflow from brief creation to post-publication distribution. Deliverables include a swimlane process diagram, owner/SLA matrix, Asana or Notion workspace configuration, brief templates, and a documented escalation process for missed handoffs.

Team Onboarding Programme

A structured three-week onboarding sprint for teams of three to fifteen people. Includes two full-day workshop sessions (remote or in-person in Navan or Dublin), role-specific playbooks for writers, editors, and strategists, a recorded onboarding library, and four weeks of async support via a dedicated Slack channel.

Performance Analytics Setup

A two-week engagement that connects your CMS, Google Analytics 4, and Search Console data into a single reporting layer. We configure a Looker Studio or Notion dashboard with seven standard content KPIs, a monthly review template, and a quarterly content audit framework your team runs independently.

Full Factory Engagement

All four disciplines delivered sequentially over twelve weeks. This is our most popular engagement for teams moving from ad-hoc publishing to a structured operation. Includes a dedicated project manager, weekly check-ins, and a 60-day post-launch support window to ensure the system beds in properly.

How a typical twelve-week engagement unfolds.

Week one begins with a two-hour discovery session covering your current tools, team structure, publishing history, and business objectives. Weeks two through four produce the editorial strategy matrix and content pillars. Weeks five through eight focus on pipeline design and workspace configuration — you review and approve every component before it goes live. Weeks nine through eleven are live onboarding, running real content through the new system with Co of Brooklyn providing real-time feedback. Week twelve is a full handover: every document, login, and playbook transferred to your ownership, paired with a recorded walkthrough of every moving part.

Common questions about our services

Do we need to switch project management tools?

No. We configure your content factory inside whatever tools your team already uses. If you're on Asana, we build in Asana. If you prefer Notion, we build in Notion. We don't sell or require proprietary software — everything we deliver lives in your existing stack and remains yours permanently.

How many people does the onboarding programme accommodate?

The standard programme is designed for teams of three to fifteen. For larger teams, we structure cohort-based onboarding across two or three groups, typically adding one additional workshop day per cohort. We've run onboarding for teams of up to 35 people across four countries without any drop in quality or adoption rate.

Can we start with just one module rather than the full engagement?

Absolutely. Each of the four disciplines — strategy, pipeline, onboarding, and analytics — is available as a standalone module. Many clients begin with an editorial strategy sprint, see the value in structured documentation, and then return for pipeline design three to six months later. There's no obligation to purchase the full package at the outset.

What happens after the twelve-week engagement ends?

You receive a full handover of every deliverable, all workspace configurations, and a recorded walkthrough library. The 60-day post-launch support window means you can raise questions or request minor adjustments via our shared Slack channel. After that, optional retainer support is available — see the pricing page for details.

We went from briefing writers over email threads to having a fully configured Notion pipeline with SLAs, approval gates, and a live performance dashboard — all in ten weeks. The onboarding workshops in Dublin were the best two days our content team spent last year.
